Koregusu is an Okinawan chili sauce. Chilies are infuse in Awamori, an Okinawan rice spirit. Use a dash of it to add a sharp bright taste on top of noodle soups, stir fires, or fried rice or mix with soy sauce to dip your favorite protein! You can use it on top of pizza too!
