Bettara is a Japanese radish that is pre-pickled in salt & then placed in amazake (a fermented rice drink). It has a sweet taste from the amazake, but we have added yuzu citrus fruit to bring out fresh citrusy aroma. Don't wash away paste when you eat them.

Ingredients: Daikon radish, yuzu (citrus fruit), amazake (a fermented rice drink), sea salt.

べったらは、大根を塩漬けにし、甘酒に漬け込んだものです。甘酒の甘みに加え、柚子を加えることで爽やかな柑橘系の香りが引き立ちます。お召し上がりの際は、糊を洗い流さないでください。
